another amazing shot. did you shoot this raw? i'm not loyal to any one raw converter (they all have strengths and weaknesses). i use several. on the 1DsM2, the beta of ACR 2.4 produces the best shadow detail (with the shadow slider set at zero). EVU produces some of the smoothest images, but, for shots like this, BibblePro produces the most detail -- it is better at resolving detail that is mostly made-up of lines. it sometimes creates a color cast which makes it a back-up more than a primary tool (i'm currently using the trial version). you might want to download it and run this image through it and see if it makes a difference (if you shot this in raw originally). - smoody

Yes I shot it raw and converted it with the dpp that came with the camera.

I cant get away from this lens. Here is one I did today with the 35-70mm 3.4. I'm sure this was pretty tight near to 70mm range at f8. Its not a test but just a snapshot of my girl at the playground.
