HELP - DSLREXCHANGE Canon Lens Adaptor?

Folks,

Where in the heck is the DSLREXCHANGE camera lens adapter for the Canon? I see the intructions for it ...but no place to order the adapter? HELP!

I have not manaufactured anymore of the adapters. It started gettingto costly due to a minimum run in th emachine shop and not enough people buying them. Im proud to say that they did offer infinity focus with every lens :)
