We should have a forum for sharing images with each other, which also allowed discussion.
Or better yet, two forums. One just for sharing images, with no criticism desired, and the other strictly for critiques. That way people with thin skin can share image in the photo sharing forum which can spark discussion but without being subject to critiques. Those with tough skin, or a desire to learn though criticism, can post their photos in the critique form, and members can feel free to discuss the likes and dislikes regarding that image.
Just a thought. I've seen it in other forums, and the format worked very well.
