Can't Upoad to Gallery ??

I have a few photos I want to upload, and the file sizs are all from 40k-80k (Below the 180k limit per day when added up, and no more than 3) Am I missing something here....they are around 400x300 or so . Not very big at all....

Funny I can post them as an attachment in a post. But but not uplaod to my gallery.

I've been effectively locked out of the gallery here for several months. I keep getting a message that I have files waiting to upload. I've sent emails to Stephen, to no avail.
